We use APC for delivery of larger items (boards, kites etc) and royal mail for smaller items.. We aim to have orders placed before 11am with customers on the next working day.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you have received from Kite Hut Limited, then we will be happy to refund or exchange any purchase, subject to the adherence of the following conditions:
1. Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging.
2. The product has not been damaged, used and is in a re-saleable condition. If this is not the case then we reserve the right to withhold any claim for a refund.
3. The cost of postage for returning the item will not be refunded.
4. If the customer requires a different specification to the original item, then the postage cost of sending the new item to the customer will be paid by the customer. Kite Hut Limited can offer free postage to Great Britain and Northern Ireland on the original order only.
5. If you wish to obtain a refund, please email us within 3 days of receipt of the item, confirming your name, address, details of the item you wish you return and why before returning the item. Please do not return item to us until we have responded to your email. We strongly advise when returning the item the customer uses recorded / tracked postage as Kite Hut Limited are not responsible for items lost or damaged when returned in the post.
